Dom is a member of Willkie’s Insurance Transactional and Regulatory Practice in London. He advises clients on a range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the insurance sector.
His corporate and commercial experience includes domestic and cross-border M&A, disposals of businesses/assets/shares, joint ventures, take privates, intra-group reorganisations, commercial contracts (such as capacity, distribution and services agreements) and employee incentive/investment schemes. Dom advises clients on the Lloyd’s market, including corporate capital at Lloyd’s and syndicate establishments.
He also provides regulatory advice to insurance clients, including intra-group arrangements, Solvency II capital treatment of financial instruments, authorisation and change in control applications, the use of appointed representatives and corporate governance.
