Francesca Pedretti is a Partner in the Litigation Department of the Milan office.
She has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border court litigation and arbitration.
She manages national and international disputes on a variety of contract law and corporate law matters across a wide range of sectors including construction, real estate, insurance, luxury and fashion.
She also developed a significant experience in IP and competition matters as well as in insolvency procedures related litigation.
