Priyal Patel

Priyal Patel is an associate in Willkie’s Intellectual Property Department. She represents clients in a broad range of complex intellectual property disputes in district court proceedings. Priyal has experience drafting dispositive motions, preparing expert witnesses, and managing fact discovery. Priyal also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in civil rights cases. 

Priyal received her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where she served as a Lead Articles Editor for the UIC Review of Intellectual Property. Priyal received her B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
