Daniel L. Morris is a senior associate in the Litigation Department at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP based in New York. His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation and arbitration across a broad range of industries, with experience practicing in both federal and state court. Dan also has experience representing clients in criminal investigations and civil enforcement actions involving the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission. 

Dan maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on representation of asylum seekers. Prior to joining the Litigation Department, Dan was an associate in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department, where his practice focused on private equity M&A transactions, registered and unregistered securities offerings, and corporate governance.
