Erica Miranda is an associate in the Litigation Department in the firm’s San Francisco office. She focuses on complex commercial litigation, and has represented clients in federal and state courts nationwide. She has also successfully argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. Erica’s experience is diverse and includes class actions, trade secrets, patents, employment, and government enforcement actions.

Erica previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jesus G. Bernal at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and for the Honorable Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar of the Supreme Court of California. During law school, Erica served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles R. Breyer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
