Perrine Meyer advises on a broad range of EU and UK competition law, including merger control, foreign direct investment and regulatory issues across a wide range of industry sectors, including consumer goods, digital platform/e-commerce, retail, telecom, financial services, transport and pharmaceuticals.
Perrine has extensive experience in managing cross border M&A transactions and has been involved in a number of antitrust investigations by both CMA and European Commission. Her practice also encompasses advising on general EU law and consumer law matters.
Perrine is French qualified and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, she is fluent in English and French.
