Kim Mejía-Cuéllar is an associate in the Litigation Department  of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in San Francisco. Prior to joining the firm, Kim was an associate at another international law firm where she focused on white collar and criminal defense.

Kim clerked for the Honorable Andrew L. Carter, Jr. in the Southern District of New York. She received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2021, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, was awarded the Richman Leadership Fellowship in recognition of her outstanding leadership qualities, and served as an online editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. Kim currently serves on the Board of Directors for Oasis Legal Services.
