Kaitlin Maxwell is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. She has represented clients in high stakes matters across substantive areas including complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, ERISA litigation, and class actions. Kaitlin has experience with depositions, factual and expert discovery, and drafting motions.
Kaitlin maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on civil rights and higher education.
Kaitlin received her J.D. cum laude from Notre Dame Law School. During law school, she externed for the University of Notre Dame Office of General Counsel. Kaitlin served as the Oralist Selection Chair for the Moot Court Board, and she served in leadership roles in the NDLS Women’s Legal Forum every year, including President. At graduation, Kaitlin received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for distinguished achievement in the art and science of advocacy. She also received the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student Award.
