Jeff Logan, counsel in the Litigation Department, is a business litigator who focuses on intellectual property and entertainment litigation. Jeff litigates copyright, trademark, right of publicity, trade secret, and unfair competition matters, with extensive experience handling royalty litigation, commercial contract disputes, and corporate dissolution and derivative matters. He has represented individual and corporate clients in several states, including trials in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Jeff’s clients include entertainers, recording artists, producers, publicists, managers, executives, post-production facilities, and other professionals and business entities in the entertainment, multimedia and toy industries.
