Federico Linthout is an associate in the Litigation Department of the Milan office.
Federico Linthout joined the Firm in 2021 and he specializes in civil and tax matters. He assists national clients in practices of a predominantly judicial nature. He has over ten years of professional experience in contractual, insurance, debt recovery activities, disputes concerning compensation for personal and property damage and rental matters.
Since 2005 he has been involved in the management of the Tax Collection “Agenzia delle Entrate - Riscossione” litigation before all jurisdictions.
Federico has developed experience in the litigation sector, carrying out his professional activity in primary Italian and foreign law firms.
