Jinn-Min (Jimmy) Lin is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department. Jimmy represents bank and non-bank lenders, private equity sponsors, asset managers and corporate borrowers in connection with a wide variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured acquisition, bridge, leveraged, asset-based and corporate financings.
Jimmy received his J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago Law School where he was a student director at the Kirkland & Ellis Corporate Lab. Prior to law school, Jimmy served on active duty as an army officer in the Taiwanese military, commissioned as a lieutenant from the Fu Hsing Kang Political Warfare Academy.
