Nicole Leon-Elvir is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. She has represented clients in high-stakes matters across a variety of substantive areas, including complex commercial matters, class actions, and government investigations.
Nicole also maintains an active pro bono practice, using her Spanish-language skills assisting clients in immigration and criminal proceedings.
Nicole received her J.D. with Pro Bono Honors with Distinction from Berkeley Law, where she also served as an editor for the Berkeley Latine Journal of Law & Policy and the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment & Sports Law. She received her B.A. from Columbia University in Drama & Theatre Arts.
