Joe Laurel

Jose F. (Joe) Laurel is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. Joe represents private equity funds, management teams and corporate clients in the energy, infrastructure, power and technology sectors, primarily focusing on mergers and acquisitions, platform investments, growth equity investments, venture capital investments and joint venture formations.

Prior to joining Willkie, Joe served as a law clerk to the United States Senate (Committee of the Judiciary), United States Department of Energy (Office of Fossil Energy) and the United States Commodities Futures Trading Commission (Division of Enforcement).
