Serena I. Lau

Serena Lau is an associate in the Communications & Media Department.  She advises communications, media, and technology companies on a wide range of regulatory, compliance, and policy matters, with a particular focus on broadband Internet, cable and broadcast television, wireless services, and communications equipment and infrastructure.  Serena also represents clients in complex rulemaking proceedings, litigation, and transactions before the Federal Communications Commission, National Telecommunications and Information Administration, state public utility commissions, and other adjudicatory and regulatory bodies.
