Alejandra Lankenau

Alejandra Lankenau is counsel in the Finance department. She concentrates her practice on leveraged finance transactions, representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, strategic buyers, institutional investors, private debt funds, and other participants across the capital structure. She counsels clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. In addition, Alejandra provides ongoing financing and general corporate advice to public and private companies spanning diverse industries in the United States and internationally.
