Rachel Kreager is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. She has represented clients in high-stakes, complex matters across a variety of substantive areas, including contract disputes, class actions, ERISA and related matters, and intellectual property litigation. Rachel has experience in both federal and state courts and at all stages of litigation, including jury trial. Rachel has experience drafting dispositive and other significant motions, managing fact and expert discovery, taking depositions, and preparing witnesses.
Rachel maintains an active pro bono practice, including both civil rights litigation and representing clients in immigration proceedings.
