Pia Keevil is a partner in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Her practice covers a range of civil litigation, as well as criminal and regulatory matters. Her experience includes M&A and securities class action litigation, representing clients in investigations by US law enforcement and regulatory agencies, conducting internal corporate investigations, and advising clients on compliance issues relating to bribery and corruption and antitrust compliance. Pia has particular experience in international and cross-border matters, having handled matters in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. She speaks fluent Spanish.

Pia recently completed a two-year secondment to the firm’s London office, where she was a member of the Litigation, Compliance, Investigations & Enforcement and White Collar Defense Practice Groups. In addition to representing clients in investigations by the UK government, Pia also advised companies on developing and benchmarking compliance programs and conducted pre-merger and third-party due diligence with respect to anti-corruption and other compliance issues.

In 2015, Pia received The City Bar Justice Center’s Jeremy G. Epstein Award for her representation of an asylum applicant. Additionally, she was recognized by the NYSBA as an Empire State Counsel® honoree for her pro bono contributions in 2014.
