Emma Karim is an associate in Willkie’s Restructuring Department based in the Firm’s New York office.

Emma advises clients in all aspects of complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters, with particular experience representing official committees of unsecured creditors and secured lenders. Her work encompasses chapter 11 cases, distressed M&A transactions, and out-of-court restructurings across industries such as logistics, telecommunications, and real estate. Emma also has experience advising strategic acquirers evaluating investment opportunities in bankruptcy sales and represents creditors in adversary proceedings and other contested matters.
