Joshua Jacobs

Joshua (Josh) Jacobs is an associate in Willkie’s Finance Department. He is based in the Firm’s Chicago office. 

Josh regularly represents direct lenders, commercial banks, alternative credit providers and other debt investors on a wide variety of finance transactions and projects, with a focus on middle market private equity sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. In addition, Josh represents private equity funds and other borrowers with respect to their acquisition and working capital needs. Josh also has experience representing direct lending clients in workout and distressed restructuring situations.
