Chloe Holt is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. She has represented clients in high-stakes litigation matters in a variety of substantive areas, including contract disputes, ERISA, consumer class actions, and civil rights litigation. Chloe has litigation experience in both federal and state courts and in all phases of litigation, including jury trials. She regularly drafts dispositive and other significant motions, as well as appellate briefs, and has experience in taking depositions, preparing witnesses, managing discovery tasks, and conducting direct and cross examinations at trial.

Chloe maintains a pro bono practice representing clients in civil cases and counseling non-profit organizations, and in December 2019, she was part of a trial team that secured an $11 million jury verdict for their client in a prisoner’s civil rights case.
