Lenore Hipsher is an associate in the Litigation Department. Lenore represents clients in high-stakes disputes across a range of substantive areas, with experience spanning complex commercial litigation, ERISA class actions, and higher education matters. Lenore practices in both federal and state courts, where she develops case strategy and manages discovery.
Lenore’s work includes drafting dispositive and other critical motions, as well as preparing amicus briefs. She has significant experience in preparing witnesses for depositions, coordinating e-discovery, and leading case teams.
Committed to public service, Lenore maintains a robust pro bono practice that includes representing juvenile clients in criminal cases, representing incarcerated clients in Section 1983 civil rights cases, and advocating for clients in clemency proceedings.
