Eve Hastings is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on all phases of complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. She represents clients across a variety of substantive areas including contract disputes, class actions, insurance matters, financial services litigation, and internal investigations and board matters. Eve regularly drafts dispositive and other significant motions and has experience in taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and managing fact and expert discovery.
Eve maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in civil rights cases. Eve serves on the Associate Board for Resilience, a Chicago non-profit that provides free advocacy and crisis services to survivors of sexual violence.
