Experience
- Secured victory for Nopporn Suppipat, founder and ex-CEO of Wind Energy Holding Co., Thailand’s largest wind energy company, in one of the largest fraud trials in the Commercial Court in London, and is now engaged in the international enforcement of a judgment in excess of $850 billion.
- Acting for the joint liquidators of investment funds in large-scale civil fraud litigation alleging a conspiracy to defraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, knowing receipt and dishonest assistance.
