Nour Haikal is an associate in Willkie’s Finance Department and is based in the Firm's Houston office. Nour represents lenders and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured and traditional and debt financings, including acquisition financings, senior and subordinated debt, working capital credit facilities, bridge loans, asset-based financings, term lending, reserve-based loans, and other forms of debt financing.
