

D. Nicole “Nikki” Guntner is an associate in the Litigation Department. Nikki is a litigator with extensive experience in complex, multi-party litigation. Nikki has achieved exceptional results for clients in federal and state courts across the country and has tried multiple cases to verdict.
Nikki also has substantial experience in corporate document retention and the discovery of electronically-stored information (ESI). Nikki regularly serves as ESI Liaison in complex cases with high-volume discovery and has briefed and argued discovery matters before federal courts, negotiated foundational discovery orders and protocols, and developed systems to facilitate efficient management of e-discovery in large-scale cases.
