Katy is an associate in the Asset Management Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher (UK) LLP in London.
Katy advises global sponsors and institutional investors on the establishment, structuring, and operation of private investment funds. With a global practice covering Europe, the U.S., and other international markets, she represents sponsors in connection with fundraisings and fund formations, from emerging managers to established platforms, across all key asset classes including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, credit, venture capital, and co-investment vehicles.
She also advises on secondaries and other liquidity solutions across a range of jurisdictions, including GP-led processes, continuation vehicles, and the representation of institutional investors in portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
Prior to joining Willkie, Katy worked in the fund teams of global law firm in Luxembourg and gained transactional and regulatory experience at an EU authority in Paris.
Katy is fluent in English and Spanish.
