Jennifer J. Goldfaden is an associate focusing her practice in the areas of estate and wealth transfer planning, asset protection, trust and estate administration and Federal and state taxation. Her estate and wealth planning experience includes sophisticated tax and business succession planning, the preparation of estate plan documents, dynastic trusts and other irrevocable trust agreements, closely-held family entities, and charitable planning. Jennifer’s tax preparation experience includes estate, gift, fiduciary, individual and partnership returns.
