Matteo Gazzillo

Matteo Gazzillo is a trainee lawyer in the Corporate & Financial Services Department in Rome. He assists banks, financial institutions and corporate clients with domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition finance, corporate finance and real estate finance. He also advises on banking regulatory matters.

Before joining the firm, Matteo worked at a leading Italian law firm, focusing on banking and finance matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work relating to derivatives.
