Dan Forman is a partner in the Business Reorganization & Restructuring Department. Dan represents both debtors and creditors in large, complex, chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings. He also regularly represents sponsors, investors, acquirers and lenders in chapter 11 cases and non-judicial restructuring matters. Dan also has significant experience in mass tort restructuring matters, including representing claimant committees and a 524(g) asbestos Trust. Dan currently serves on the firm’s Technology Committee.
Dan was named to Law360‘s list of “Rising Stars“ in 2020 for being a top bankruptcy attorney under 40, and recognized as a 2020 Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer by Turnarounds & Workouts.
