Oliver Englisch is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on advising and representing clients in matters involving German and European competition law and digital regulation.
Before joining Willkie, including during his legal training, Oliver worked at other international law firms, the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office and a litigation funder.
Oliver also developed a solid foundation in economics through his doctoral research at the intersection of law and economics.
Oliver is fluent in German and English.
