Heather Daughters

Heather Daughters is the Chief Integration and Development Officer at Willkie. Heather joined the firm in 2017.  In collaboration with firm leadership, Heather is responsible for the strategic planning, oversight and implementation of projects and initiatives that serve the core operating needs of the firm and its offices. Prior to joining Willkie, Heather spent more than a decade at two major law firms, as well as a decade in hospitality management.
