Ellen Clements

Ellen Clements is an associate in the Communications & Media Department.  She practices communications and technology law and policy, with particular focus on the legal and regulatory frameworks governing cable and broadcast television, streaming video and other Internet content, broadband Internet, and communications infrastructure.  Ellen represents communications, media, Internet, and technology companies in a wide range of regulatory, litigation, compliance, transactional, and policy matters before the Federal Communications Commission, National Telecommunications and Information Administration, state public utility commissions, state and local regulatory authorities, and courts.
