Maurizio Cimetti

In the field of civil law Maurizio Cimetti has acquired significant experience in the management, also in a pre-litigation phase, in lawsuits regarding corporate matters, banking and insurance, financial intermediation, bankruptcy and tax.

Maurizio assists leading banking groups, large and medium-sized enterprises operating in multiple industries. He has also acquired significant experience operating in the activity of drafting and negotiation of restructuring plans, of debt restructuring agreements, bankruptcy arrangements with creditors. He has held and currently holds in various Courts the office of Judicial Commissioner and Receiver for several procedures.

Maurizio is also concerned with arbitration procedures, both as attorney and as a member of arbitration panels.
