

Benoit Champon is a partner in Willkie’s London office, where he is a member of the Asset Management Department and the Private Funds Practice Group.
Benoit’s practice is focused on fund formation with a particular emphasis on secondaries funds and secondaries transactions. He advises clients on the formation and raising of alternative investment funds, including secondaries, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital and debt funds, representing both sponsors and investors.
Benoit is fluent in French, German and English. He has been a Solicitor of England & Wales since 2012.
Experience
Prior to joining Willkie, Benoit worked for international law firms based across Europe and Asia, and acted as in-house legal counsel for asset managers in Paris and London.
