Joseph Mario Buccilli

Joseph Mario (J.M.) Buccilli is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. J.M. has represented clients in high-stakes litigation matters in a variety of substantive areas, including class action, contract, environmental and ERISA disputes. J.M. has experience in both federal and state courts and in all phases of litigation, including trial. J.M. also has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.  

J.M. maintains an active pro bono practice, including counseling non-profit organizations to help them achieve their strategic missions.
