Anne E. Brynn is counsel in the Private Wealth Group. Anne’s practice focuses on estate planning, wealth preservation and transfer, estate and trust administration and charitable giving for individuals, families and family offices. She works to design and implement strategies to accomplish clients’ taxable and non-taxable estate planning goals taking into account the client’s individual and family circumstances, including wealth transfer objectives, business succession goals and control issues, charitable planning objectives, existing trusts and anticipated inheritances and asset protection and privacy concerns.

A substantial portion of Anne’s practice is focused on multi-generational family estate planning, the administration of family trusts holding significant wealth, tax and non-tax issues confronting family offices, and charitable giving through public charities and private foundations. As former in-house trust counsel to a national association bank, Anne also has considerable experience in the corporate fiduciary arena and with related regulatory and risk management issues.
