Andrew Bouriat

Andrew Bouriat is a senior associate in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. He has significant experience litigating complex commercial actions, conducting internal investigations, and defending corporations in government investigations. Additionally, he regularly counsels clients on anti-corruption due diligence, as well as the development of compliance programs, policies, and trainings.
 
Andrew has also maintained an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals in matters relating to civil rights, immigration, disability benefits, and matrimonial law.
