Kirit is an Associate in Willkie’s Asset Management Department and a member of the Private Funds Group in London.
Kirit acts for European and US sponsors in respect of the establishment, structuring and ongoing operation of private investment funds across a range of asset classes included private equity, secondaries and infrastructure. Additionally, Kirit has experience advising institutional investors on the terms of their investments in private funds across an array of asset classes including private equity, private credit, venture capital, and infrastructure and additional experience advising institutional investors on co-investment opportunities.
Kirit also has experience advising on secondary market transactions and liquidity solutions, acting for GPs in relation to GP led liquidity solutions and acting both buy and sell-side in respect of LP led portfolio sales.
Prior to joining Willkie, Kirit trained at a leading Scottish law, before qualifying into a market leading investment funds team in Scotland.
