Alexis Bessis

Alexis Bessis is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, in Paris. He handles complex commercial and corporate disputes, notably shareholders, governance and post-acquisition litigation, as well as white-collar crime cases before the French Courts. Alexis also acts in international commercial arbitration in ad hoc proceedings or under the rules of major arbitral institutions. A member of the Paris Bar, Alexis graduated from Université Paris 2 – Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 Juriste d’Affaires-DJCE) and received an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from King’s College London.
