Mac Benmelech is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation Department. She has represented clients in high-stakes matters across a variety of substantive areas in jurisdictions across the country, including complex commercial class actions and higher education litigation. Mac’s litigation experience includes drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and managing fact discovery.

Mac maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on combatting antisemitism and Title VI claims.

Mac received her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and received her B.A. from Northwestern University. Prior to joining Willkie, Mac was a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Graduate Fellow at the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago.
