Pablo Benjumea Gutierrez

Pablo Benjumea Gutiérrez is a senior associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Chicago and part of the firm’s Latin America Practice Group. Pablo advises U.S. and foreign public and private companies on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, complex carve-outs and divestitures, strategic partnerships, private equity transactions, joint ventures, minority investments and general corporate law matters. Pablo also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters.

Pablo was named one of “Latin America’s Rising Legal Stars” of 2024 by Latinvex.

Pablo began his career in Colombia and is fluent in Spanish.
