Najeh Baharun is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the Finance Group. Najeh’s practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors, companies and lenders in connection with the structuring, documentation and resolution of a wide variety of financing transactions, including unsecured financings, first and second lien financings, ABL facilities, bridge facilities and DIPs. Najeh’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of credit – from investment grade to distressed debt.
