Shamilee is an associate in Willkie’s Litigation and Investigations & Enforcement Practice Group in London. Shamilee has considerable commercial litigation experience, having advised a broad range of clients from listed companies to ultra-high net worth individuals including in respect of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tort and fraud claims. She has a particular interest in cross-border and jurisdiction disputes. Shamilee also has experience advising and acting on contentious trusts and probate cases. 

Prior to joining Willkie, Shamilee trained at a silver-circle international law firm and practised at a leading disputes only boutique in the City of London. Over the years, she has worked on urgent freezing injunctions, interim mandatory and prohibitory injunctions, third party debt orders, recognition and enforcement proceedings and security for costs applications. Clients value her trial experience and clear and creative advice.
