Joshua Anderson is a partner in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in San Francisco. Joshua represents both business and individual clients in arbitration and court litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, and in both individual and class actions. His experience with a wide range of industries and legal issues gives him a creative and innovative perspective on the issues his clients face.

Prior to joining Willkie, Joshua served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert Pitman of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division before joining an international law firm. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on the editorial boards of the California Law Review and the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice.
