Peter J. Allman is counsel in the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Department. His practice involves advising public and private companies in all aspects of their employee benefit programs, including matters relating to the design, implementation and administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement and deferred compensation arrangements. Peter also regularly advises clients on issues involving welfare benefit programs, including COBRA, cafeteria plans and health care reform.
