On October 1, Alight announced its acquisition of Abett, which acts as a data infrastructure layer for Fortune 500 employers and their benefits vendors. Abett’s core product, the Data Engine, unifies benefits ecosystem data from medical, pharmacy, partners, point solution vendors and additional data sources.
