Willkie advised Saudi Reinsurance Company (“Saudi Re”) on its strategic partnership with AdA Risk Holding Co Limited (“AdA”).
Saudi Re recently announced its strategic investment in AdA, a differentiated specialty Lloyd’s underwriting platform. The partnership builds on their existing relationship, strengthening Saudi Re’s foothold in the Lloyd’s market and supporting AdA’s continued growth as a leading specialty syndicate.
Willkie previously advised Saudi Re on the sale of its 49.9% shareholding in Probitas, a leading Lloyd’s of London platform, to Aviva.
