Willkie is advising Inflexion and its portfolio company Avantus Aerospace Group Limited, a leading provider of engineered shims and fasteners for the global aerospace and defense industries, on the sale of Avantus to Arcline Investment Management.
On July 1, Inflexion announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to sell Avantus to Arcline, a growth-oriented private equity firm. Avantus and its subsidiaries will operate as brands of Novaria Group, an Arcline portfolio company.
Inflexion partnered with Auctus Industries in 2015 to back the secondary buyout of Shimtech, which was renamed Avantus Aerospace in 2020.
