Willkie is advising PAI Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in Arlettie, an international B2B inventory management specialist for luxury brands, in partnership with the company’s founders.
On June 3, PAI Partners announced that it agreed to acquire a majority stake in Arlettie and will make the acquisition through the PAI Mid-Market Fund II. The transaction is expected to close in early July 2026.
