Willkie advised Datasite, a provider of AI powered solutions that enables private market investment, on its acquisition of Valu8, a leading Swedish private market intelligence platform specializing in proprietary European company financial data.
Datasite, a portfolio company of CapVest Partners LLP, recently announced that it acquired Valu8, further accelerating global, AI-driven deal sourcing and execution. Valu8 will be integrated into Grata, Datasite’s private market intelligence business, significantly expanding its scale, depth and reach.
Willkie previously advised Datasite on numerous transactions, including its acquisitions in 2025 of Sourcescrub, BlueFlame and Grata, and represented CapVest in its recapitalization of Datasite in 2024.
The Willkie team was led by partners David Arnold and Andrew Gray and included associates Vishaal Patel and Magnus Chisholm.
